60 minutes: $90.00

Intended to provide advanced pain relief during or after traditional therapies are completed or near completion, such as chiropractic or physical therapy.

Orthopedic massage is performed with the intent of improving prescribed medical conditions, a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. Restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.  Heated therapy with warm stones is also provided in this treatment.  While insurance filing is not available at this time, some insurance companies will reimburse your visits in whole or in part, depending on their evaluation.  Please check with your insurance carrier for more information.

Hot Stone Therapy

90 minutes: $120.00

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are used as extended hands to relax the muscles to deepen relaxation and promote circulation. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage

60 minutes: $90.00

Prenatal massage is helpful to ease effects of conditions that are experienced during gestation.  A variety of symptoms such as pregnancy related Sciatica, Carpal Tunnel and severe Prenatal and Postpartum Edema (swelling of the limbs) can be extremely uncomfortable and an annoyance especially towards the end of pregnancy.  While Prenatal massages are important, it is equally important that a Massage regimen continues through the Postpartum phase.  Postitioning to feed the baby and carrying the baby create a new set of potentially chronic pain symptoms, especially after having a C-Section delivery.  Please consult your doctor with any medical concerns, however my advanced training in Prenatal and Postpartum techniques are safe and are geared to meet your needs.  With our experience in the Hospital setting you can be sure you will receive the most needed treatment of prenatal and postpartum conditions.
